Memo of the problem about blank IE(or part display page)

  Today fall accross this problem again, can not remember how I deal with it last time, and I tried all the method on the web, even used the plug update software on Microsoft. But the effect made me fallacious.

  After all the stuggle, I Ghost it! May recovery always be the fast&least waste way to back well... Start to find a better OS, or at lowest find a all-way compatible web explorer...
